Please read these terms carefully before using SkillAccess Interns. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to SkillAccess Interns (the "Platform"), an AI-driven internship and talent platform operating across India. The Platform is powered by our proprietary AI technology and is designed to seamlessly connect enterprise employers ("Corporate Users") with talented graduates and interns ("Candidates").

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SkillAccess Interns, including any associated applications, dashboards, and AI matching services.

2. Account Registration & Identity Verification

To access the full capabilities of SkillAccess Interns, you must create an account.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Identity Verification: To maintain the integrity of our talent pool and eliminate fraudulent profiles, we may require identity verification. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. AI-Driven Matching

SkillAccess Interns utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to parse professional data, assess skills, and recommend matches.

  • Consent to Automated Processing: By creating a profile and uploading your professional data (CVs, portfolios, assessments), you explicitly consent to our AI algorithms analyzing your data to generate match scores, rank your profile for Corporate Users, and recommend relevant internship pathways.
  • AI Assessments & Video Interviews: If you utilize our integrated video interview or AI assessment tools, you agree that these inputs will be processed and analyzed by our system to evaluate your suitability for specific internship roles.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use SkillAccess Interns only for its intended purpose—facilitating internship placements and talent acquisition. You strictly agree NOT to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated bots to extract data, candidate profiles, or internship listings from the Platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to copy the platform algorithms or architecture.
  • Post false, discriminatory, or misleading internship opportunities or professional credentials.
  • Use the Platform to sell products, send spam, or conduct activities unrelated to recruitment.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, architecture, and technology on SkillAccess Interns—specifically including the matching algorithms, analytics dashboards, and UI/UX—are the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform and its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform strictly for your personal career advancement or internal corporate recruitment.

You retain ownership of the personal and professional data you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display this data within the ecosystem to facilitate internship matching.

6. Employer (Corporate User) Obligations

If you are using SkillAccess Interns on behalf of an enterprise to hire interns:

  • You agree that all internship postings represent genuine, available opportunities.
  • You agree to handle all candidate data (including CVs, match scores, and video interviews) in strict compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws (such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and our Privacy Policy.
  • You will not use candidate data sourced from SkillAccess Interns for any purpose other than evaluating them for internships within your organization.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Placement: While our AI provides high-precision matching, SkillAccess Interns does not guarantee that Candidates will secure internship placements, nor do we guarantee that Corporate Users will successfully fill their vacancies.
  • Platform "As Is": The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkillAccess Interns and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, AI matching results, or interactions with other users.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect updates to our AI infrastructure, platform expansions, or changes in regulations. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
