Senior AI Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of our core talent matching algorithms. You will work with large datasets and cutting-edge NLP models to connect the right people with the right roles.

Responsibilities

• checkDesign and implement scalable machine learning models for talent matching.
• checkOptimize NLP pipelines for multilingual resumes and job descriptions.
• checkCollaborate with product and design teams to integrate AI features into the platform.
• checkMentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with vector databases and search optimization.
